A solid european oak dining table with rounded corners, “breadboard ends” and oak “buttons”. The breadboard ends provide a traditional aesthetic as well as acting to tie the table top together and ensure it stays flat and true. Solid timber will regulate to the atmospheric moisture content and in doing so will shrink or expand. The “buttons” secure the tabletop to the frame whilst allowing seasonal movement in the timber.
